CARE for their work not just putting in TIME

Need more permanent staff. Almost all travlers working in my area within Allina.

Including everyone despite the political culture

It would be absolutely impossible in the work environment that Alina has created for anyone to improve and work better together. Alina continues to drive us all apart.

They need to be less self absorbed and not worry about what every one else is doing. It’s like kindergarten. Everyone is getting someone else in trouble. Managers do not discuss raised concerns. They just assume you’re wrong and get reprimanded for it without your s

Quit with the lies about covid and vaccines. Its been one endless exercise in ranching for the past year and a half. They are ranchers and we the sheep. Each meeting is designed to send us out to pasture as far as possible and loose us in a salad brained Biden-esque fantasy land. Truth is good!

Half are lazy and management does nothing. If they do, the union keeps them protected. Nothing changes.

Having more of a positive attitude, listening to others

The new co workers need schooling, training or some kind of experience prior to being hired. Should not have new hires with less then 2 years train new employees. Current employees need to help instead of always saying thats not my section, I dont need to do that or help her. Its a team...

Respect each other's choices to decide what is best for their personal health.

Coworkers rightfully have a lack of work interest because the company doesn't value its employees.
