As a group most employs are nice and treat everyone the same
Standing with others and passion for work
Currently I am not feeling much positive with mandate
My small dept of colleagues are kind and respectful and hard working
Lately the vaccine is all we talk about and it’s not an environment I enjo
My direct coworkers support is great

Respect people, meet only when necessary, set clear project goals and timelines, stop engaging in multiple huge projects at once without first exploring needed resources
Allina has completely changed the work environment since the vaccine mandate. I used to look forward to working, and now I dread everyday. You are putting people in an unfair situation.
Dump the vaccine mandate so everyone will stop being stressed out over losing their job
Employees are having corporate policies shoved down their throats
Not cause discrimination and segregation between your employees over a vaccination that is not FDA approved or has long term studies of the side effects
Stop bringing politics into the workplace.
I wouldn't even know where to begin. The culture is so bad and getting worse everyday. Its a dictatorship.
Care about your employees instead of money. You get what you put in
Stop having favorites who do no wrong even when they do the most wrong. Lots of time card fraud and management doesn't care. Employees working out and getting paid for it and punching no lunch daily while eating at desk talking with other staff.
Take value in their employees and listen to them. Medical freedom of choice
Our leadership needs to change
Listen to your employees. We are the ones that do the work and are better suited to tell you what needs to change for the betterment of everyone involved
Replace our CEO, she is not a good choice for this company.
Higher pay, better benefits, better leaders are all needed.

Employee respect. There is a great deal of window dressing, to make it looks like allina cares about us, but trust me. No one does. I work in a support department, that is completely ignored, unless of course we have overtime, or a mistake is made. Then surely, allina will find any scapegoat.
