Very good communication via email
They are always available and supportive.
They are knowledgeable and supportive
They remind employees about the importance of self care/EAP services.
I don’t like that the leadership team won’t stand up for its employees rights and freed
Focusing more on providing safe health care rather than running the operation on a nearly empty tank. Patient care cannot be done with perfect efficiency, people are all varied and their health can be complicated. Trust that staff is telling you accurate problems.
Employee relations, proper training, clear communication and expectations.
Respect, communication, attitude. Permanent and travel employees are all miserable here and complain incessantly. Hands down the worst, most unhealthy work environment I've ever experienced. Truly sad.
Listen to the staff that do the work address safety issues
Accountability. Caring about their employees as humans
Salary is good, good vacation
Unknown. Casual employee so not applicable
Competitive medical benefits however we lost many benefits last year which have not been replaced
Not happy about pto decreasing accrual rate going into 2022

The free dental for employees
Choose better leadership and encourage communication and teamwork
Nonexistant raises. Reciving at least cost of living
More Educational opportunities offered & funded-- more attention to buildings and compensation to upper management salaries than the staff on the frontline who have given everything particularly during the pandemic
Yes, I feel under very valued
If we were paid better
They love their patients and come in to do the best they can with what we're given.
Some super nice indviduals that actually are willing to help accomplish taske
We all step up to help each other
Togetherness, love, commitment passion and zeal
The people you work with on a day to day basis are gifted, intelligent, and hard working. The leaders just dont see that or seem to care
CARE for their work not just putting in TIME
Need more permanent staff. Almost all travlers working in my area within Allina.
Including everyone despite the political culture
It would be absolutely impossible in the work environment that Alina has created for anyone to improve and work better together. Alina continues to drive us all apart.
They need to be less self absorbed and not worry about what every one else is doing. It’s like kindergarten. Everyone is getting someone else in trouble. Managers do not discuss raised concerns. They just assume you’re wrong and get reprimanded for it without your s
Coworkers are great. Would be better if managment would be more supportive

As a group most employs are nice and treat everyone the same
Standing with others and passion for work
Currently I am not feeling much positive with mandate
My small dept of colleagues are kind and respectful and hard working
Massive replacement of leadership and redirection to clinically directed focus
Respect people, meet only when necessary, set clear project goals and timelines, stop engaging in multiple huge projects at once without first exploring needed resources
Allina has completely changed the work environment since the vaccine mandate. I used to look forward to working, and now I dread everyday. You are putting people in an unfair situation.
Dump the vaccine mandate so everyone will stop being stressed out over losing their job
Employees are having corporate policies shoved down their throats
Felt professional but casual at the same time,
Ease of speaking with HR
The panel being friendly and there open nature
Getting to talk with the staff
The first time I interviewed it was fine
Too many hurdles to jump over and very impersonal.
Meet more of the actual people you will be working with
Stop the mandatory vaccines now
Have them honor their word. Anything in our contracts they disregard. Change on a dime and never bat an eye. Getting vaccines was never in the contract. Demanding we jab outselves with an experimental substance is horrific. Complete fascist bastards. A play taken right from the Nazi playbook

Tell the truth to prospective candidates.
The commitment and zeal by colleagues
Talking with patients and collegues
My work family and friends
Coworkers coworkers coworkers and coworkers
When staffing is adequate that shift.
Patients complained to me constantly behind closed doors. They aren't happy.
It's too much about quantity of care over quality. Covid has ruined a lot in terms of being able to get normal, in-person care. The vaccine requirement as work condition has also created division surrounding company morale. Employees at the call center are not praised enough for all they do.
Better benefits like PTO, pay, fix unrealistic coporate rules for the workers, quit understaffing us and making us take on high workloads with unrealistic expectations to prevent burn out and recurrent mistakes.
Massive replacement of leadership and redirection to clinically focused advancement
Pay your employees better, start heavily recruiting more staff. We are so incredibly overworked. Its been a year and a half of hell with no end in sight, and no raises to show for it.

Crothall management needs to go or fall into step with how allina-managed departments are run. We have lost our right to work varying FTE's and low need. Only housekeeping has these issues.
