At the beginning I was new in the system and in the company so I learned a lot. I feel after 2 years that I am not in the right position and there is no possibility to value the experience and I have and I had before coming without changing company

Mentality should be more open we are too traditional in the way of doing

Some People are nice, they have a great technical knowledge and they answer fast to the questions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency in the grade level, possibility to speak freely and to be treated at the same level beside the seniority
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Structure of the Company, definition of workload, increase horizontal activities on the projects in order to ease the workload on the employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no possibility to re-negotiate the salary after 1 year and there is no bonus (under a certain contract level). The increase of responsibility and workload it is not compensate by an increase of salary.
