Equal compensation should be given based on the years of Experience & Projects knowledge. criteria has to set by Managers. Should be Recognized for works.

They fail to realize people's talent and its really hard to innovate & develop something different as it is a highly process oriented company. Its very difficult to bring a change to existing process.
