Minimum wage is not thecway to keep valuable employees. Pay a solid working wage and keep great people.
I don't understand how someone can work for a company for 15 years and never have a raise, be paid minimum wage- up until I recently took on a crew lead position, my pay increased more than minimum wage for the very first time in almost 15 years!!

The company treats their employee's all the way up to Supervisor as completely replaceable. The Management I've dealt with will and have made up excuses to demote and reduce hours just because they don't like you. They need to promote based on performance not nepotism.

normal staff completes much more work than the managers and gets paid about half of what they do.

I feel undervalued because most of the employees are left by themselves when on a shift with managers and other employees who are best friends. There is also a huge responsibility issue. When a customer requests a manager, the manager will do anything to not deal with it.
