Compensation does not match the amount of work expected from those below management level.

They vet and hire employees well. Some of the best people I've ever worked with in my career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's generally positive. Company and employees have same goal - working toward an incredible mission to end heart disease. It is very common for workers to have a personal connection with heart disease.
