Direct supervisor sees the garbage that upper-management foists on it's "little people" and rolls with it. She get it and trys not to dump on her people.

everyone is trying to help further the mission.
It's generally positive. Company and employees have same goal - working toward an incredible mission to end heart disease. It is very common for workers to have a personal connection with heart disease.

I enjoy my coworkers, and being able to help them, and vice versa.
