Positive, inclusive, highly motivated. No separation amongst levels, we work together.
Review from HR Dept
The executive team is inclusive & encourages everyone to share their input & be heard!
Review from Sales Dept
It's an impressive group- I trust their leadership as we move into 2022 with aggressive growth plans
Review from Sales Dept
Their openness and willingness to jump in and work alongside the teams that they are leading. They both lead and get their hands dirty alongside us. Additionally, they do a great job creating excitement around goals/accomplishments.
Review from Marketing Dept
They have lots of energy and seem to act on feedback.

Market competitive and structured beyond the stage of the company. Excellent.
Review from HR Dept
The unlimited PTO is really great.
Review from Marketing Dept

Review from Marketing Dept
Competitive mix of stock and cash.
Review from Sales Dept
Insurance coverage at no cost to employees and equity
Review from Product Dept
I feel like I bring a unique skillset that goes beyond my role. I'm looking forward to having that conversation at my next review.
Review from Marketing Dept
This question is misleading, I never said I feel undervalued. We just don't pay as much as some other companies, pay isn't the only reason I choose a job. What would make me feel better is more money.
Review from Engineering Dept
Our benefits are fairly basic. We do not have 401k matching and we are miserly with stock options.
Review from Product Dept
I understand that working in a start up environment may require an individual to work outside of their scope of responsibilities time to time but I would appreciate a title change or a small bump in compensation if this is an ongoing ask/change.
Review from HR Dept
Health insurance deductible is too high. The parking/transit FSA was a nice perk when we were going to the office but is just wasted now and nothing comparable has been provided in its place (WFH office budget, etc).
Review from Engineering Dept
Everyone works on a common goal, collaborative and really team oriented.
Review from HR Dept
The culture of "Play for each other, build something durable, make something better today!"
Review from Sales Dept
They are all really passionate, intelligent people who embody the spirit of "play for eachother". I look forward to brainstorms and team meetings where we all get to come together. They're thoughtful and considerate team players with a real tenacity to get shit done.
Review from Marketing Dept
They all want to improve their skills.
Review from Marketing Dept
People seem to genuinely care about each other
Review from Product Dept
Solution-driven approach & customer focused.
Review from Customer Support Dept
High performing, engaged, very diverse, and team oriented.
Review from HR Dept
Play for each other and celebrating each other's successes
Review from Product Dept
The culture is very welcoming and high energy.
Review from Engineering Dept
There is an active urge to have diversity inform how we do things and not just me an decoration
Review from Marketing Dept
The intentionality when it comes to discussing topics that matter, like DE&I, mental health, or workplace safety. Creating a place that is safe for all seems to be a genuine part of our culture, and not just corporate jargon.
Review from Marketing Dept
Decisions are made at the top and passed down. Feedback is taken after the fact but nothing is ever done to incorporate it and change the decision. There is very little positive reinforcement and critical feedback is often vague and/or unfounded.
Review from Engineering Dept
It is fair and you are able to meet name in the process.
Review from HR Dept
The opportunity to meet the peers I'd be working with, both in my own role and on other teams. It gave me a great sense of the team I'd be working with day to day.
Review from Customer Support Dept
good mix of role-specific questions and questions about how (and why) I work; I enjoyed being able to do an exercise on my own time as well and then present it
Met lots of different stakeholders and everyone seemed really authentic.
Intellectual conversations that were 2-way conversations. And the surprise and delight factor of the "welcome to Amperity" gift they sent in the mail before I started

Review from HR Dept
My coworkers, our customers, and the work that I get to do.
Review from Marketing Dept
Do as much as I can in a day to advance my teams goals
Review from Marketing Dept
Ability to make meaningful contributions
Review from Product Dept
Getting to work with amazing coworkers makes me excited to show up and put my best into my job.
Review from Engineering Dept
No pathway to promotion or increased scope/responsibility. Loud voices crowd out team decision-making so there is very little shared ownership.
Review from Engineering Dept
I think we all know how great our product is and what the potential for this company can be - we are realistic that reaching our potential is going to be difficult and requires us all to support each other. Having the opportunity to join at an early stage and make a difference is amazing
Work/life balance company wide. It's a startup, so late nights and long days are understandable, but we need to keep longevity in mind if we want to keep the brilliant minds and people we have happy
