No pathway to promotion or increased scope/responsibility. Loud voices crowd out team decision-making so there is very little shared ownership.

I think we all know how great our product is and what the potential for this company can be - we are realistic that reaching our potential is going to be difficult and requires us all to support each other. Having the opportunity to join at an early stage and make a difference is amazing
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Work/life balance company wide. It's a startup, so late nights and long days are understandable, but we need to keep longevity in mind if we want to keep the brilliant minds and people we have happy
