It's very special and will be a critical component to our success!

Strong emphasis on culture with a wide range of options to participate. In addition there isn't pressure if you just want to deliver and not participate. No one is every penalized for not making a happy hour or volunteer experience.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Decisions are made at the top and passed down. Feedback is taken after the fact but nothing is ever done to incorporate it and change the decision. There is very little positive reinforcement and critical feedback is often vague and/or unfounded.
