We hire for culture first. This ensures we are all like-minded, have similar priorities, and do our best to be team players.
What did you like most about the interview process?
People are interviewed for culture fit, technical aptitude, personality, skillset... we run them through the gamut but not in a grueling way.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Stop moving the goalposts when it comes to bonuses. Whether bonuses are easy to attain or difficult, the bonus program needs to be set in stone.
