When there is an issue or a concern if you raise it, it will get addressed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love working with my team. When I'm really busy and don't get to chat with them for days I really miss that. We have great collaboration!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I see the FTO plan as part of my compensation package. I don't use it that often, but just knowing it's there and I can is important for me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Peer Interview was the piece I found most valuable. Not only did a peer get to interview with me to see what I would be like to work with. I was able to interview with a peer and see what they were like.
