Everyone is respectful of each other's time and try to make the meetings as productive as possible.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought it was unique and a good exercise that they asked me some questions and had me answer them back in an email to them after the meeting. I thought this was a good way to test my communication skills and written responses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company works off of a PATH methodology that states all their employees are to be: Personable, Adaptive, Thoughtful, and Honest. Not only do all the employees follow these values and work well together, but the executive staff also follows this and work side by side with their employees as peers
