It is a fast moving, problem-solving-focused environment with ambitious goals set by management team.
There is no email communication whatsoever. Everything happens on Slack.
Very competent colleagues, flexibility and ownership of your work. Great environment for growing, as there are constant feedbacks and suggestions.
Always feel valued and have plenty of opportunity to share my ideas. The work environment is very relaxed and rewards independance.
