Having full benefits, HSA, and 401K always put me at ease knowing that no matter what happens, I have the means to take care of myself.

Because of the remote-first policy, the compensation is rather competitive. Nonetheless, there are great company-wide gatherings organised a few times per year.

Argyle does a great job of recognizing you for your work and giving credit where it should be. Everyone seems positive and upbeat. There are no negative energy creators.
A remote environment allows a bit more flexibility. Also the team is extremely unique as many are based all over the world.

Honesty during the interview steps
Left no room for bad hires. Each step was designed to weed out people that would not fit in or could not grasp the concept quickly enough. It also provides a great snapshot of what your work would consist of on a day to day basis.
