Leaders work hard alongside their direct reports. They create open communication with everyone at the company.

They're very accesible and comprehensive. Also, straight to the point, which I like..

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Having full benefits, HSA, and 401K always put me at ease knowing that no matter what happens, I have the means to take care of myself.

The wage is much higher than industry average and everybody is eligible for stock options.

USD Salary, since I'm not in the US, and unlimited PTO.

Because of the remote-first policy, the compensation is rather competitive. Nonetheless, there are great company-wide gatherings organised a few times per year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The workload and compensation is unfair.

While international colleagues tend to have exceptionally competitive salaries, domestic US employees are compensated less competitively.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

We constantly look for ways to improve, we share and implement ideas with each other, and we communicate clearly.

Team is focused on execution, not on planning.

There is no email communication whatsoever. Everything happens on Slack.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone cheers each other on. You and your work have value.

Everybody is eager to help with the specific tasks at hand.

Argyle does a great job of recognizing you for your work and giving credit where it should be. Everyone seems positive and upbeat. There are no negative energy creators.

A remote environment allows a bit more flexibility. Also the team is extremely unique as many are based all over the world.

The environement is 50/50 since leadership is not very transparent with the rest of Argylers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Honesty during the interview steps

Left no room for bad hires. Each step was designed to weed out people that would not fit in or could not grasp the concept quickly enough. It also provides a great snapshot of what your work would consist of on a day to day basis.

That I got to meet my manager beforehand.

The interviews were difficult to pass but on the other side it was exciting and challenging
