What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone cheers each other on. You and your work have value.
Everybody is eager to help with the specific tasks at hand.
Argyle does a great job of recognizing you for your work and giving credit where it should be. Everyone seems positive and upbeat. There are no negative energy creators.
A remote environment allows a bit more flexibility. Also the team is extremely unique as many are based all over the world.
The environement is 50/50 since leadership is not very transparent with the rest of Argylers.
Think Like an Owner mindset and the freedom to innovate are very motivating for an employee.
People are supporting each other

When mistakes made there is a general understanding that it is inevitable in a high pace environment and the support in moving on and improving
