Argyle Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Honesty during the interview steps

Left no room for bad hires. Each step was designed to weed out people that would not fit in or could not grasp the concept quickly enough. It also provides a great snapshot of what your work would consist of on a day to day basis.

That I got to meet my manager beforehand.

The interviews were difficult to pass but on the other side it was exciting and challenging

I had a very fast, personally-tailored process

How it used real examples of what I will work on instead of random algorithm challenges

Plenty of opportunity to meet and learn whether it is the right role from the team

Fairly informal allowing to get a good understanding of the pain points and expectations

It was incredibly quick and laid back, had calls with the team manager and the CTO. Easiest hiring process ever.

The fact that they valued my soft skills and enthusiasm, and saw me as a person and not just a tool to add to their arsenal.

I had a thoughtful and relaxed conversation about what i can bring to argyle

It was informal and informative, I got to meet a C-level.

No whiteboarding exersises, fast process
