Design consultant were territorial and refused to let the new employees plant themselves in the role. It appeared they were allowed to act against the new team members and enabled. The old team members were threatened by the new crew.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude is everything. It's a shame to see grown adults acting like petty juveniles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Store operate like islands and new team has to figure they way around selfish employees who want people to live off minimum wage. Management was promoting 'family' instead of overall fairness.
