Our manager is a kind and hard working soul, but one person cannot possibly do all that he is required to do.

I have been in the workforce over 25 years and this is the WORST job I have ever had. The customer service & delivery experience are severely lacking. This ruins employees' chances for developing repeat clientele. You are not given any time off in January & August, and only 10 weekends off a year.
