Higher compensation paid to contractors

one they pay not even close to minimum wage and then on top of that if they pay you at all which most of time they have some excuse for why its wrong and when it will be fixed which takes months but if they pay you they then charge you a fee to work using their platform after paying for classes

I was never compensated, not paid for my training time, not reimbursed for my fuel, and worst if all not reimbursed for money that i had deposited in my checking acct prior to Arise!!!!!

I want to get paid. I feel like you guys are just getting labor out of me and not wanting to pay me or answer any questions. When you hire IBO's make sure they are always accessable. It's not easy being a new person having to go to a new IBO. Answers given by IBO always turns out to be wrong.

First of all I do not get any stock options or benefits. What would be nice is if we were allowed to choose a specific schedule and work that each week. Instead, it's a cattle call and there are never enough intervals.
They will use your skills and make you work harder and harder. But they won't recognize your effort and do not hesitate to humiliate you when they do not need you. They should take care and praise their frontline staff.
I feel under valued because there are no benefits. You have to work very hard for what you do get and it can be taken away at any moment, without notice.
I'm a contract agent that is only paid (underpaid) when working for the client. I do not get paid for the many wks of initial training, monthly refreshment courses & tests that take hrs to complete, the 45-min/wk virtual huddles, a slew of emails reporting metrics with confusing/contradicting info.
They do not offer valuable benefits

There have been a couple of incentives that were offered since I have worked with Arise. It would be nice to have a higher rate of pay per hour.
