I ENJOY HELPING CUSTOMER THAT ARE STRANDED

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The fact that we worked together as a team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

When our store numbers were where they needed to be, we received a bonus.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We are pretty good with company culture. So far nothing needs to change.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers need to improve their urgency. It takes them a min to get started.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together. If someone is stuck others will step in to assist. They are called pf's

What did you like most about the interview process?

The gentleman that interviewed me made me feel like part of the team before getting the job.

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping customers makes me very happy. When a customer can’t find an item & I am able to assist their appreciation is priceless.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

When the system crashes a better it effects us all, because we do not work and if we don't work we don't get paid.
