Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my local management does not follow the Arm culture. People are compensated and promoted based on their clique and not their performance/contribution. The fact that Arm is privately held does not allow it to provide stock based compensation.

Inspiring leadership, overall strategy for the company would be a good start. Right now the entire company is a spastic chicken missing a head.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a talent gap in the HR organization at Arm. While other companies raise the bar on the level of talent they bring in; Arm lowers it, which can be demotivating

Reduce micro management and make managers work and not just watch jira and attend meetings

Gain actual leadership (especially innovative leadership). It's more than a slogan or acquisitions. Arm is missing a leader.

More transparency from leadership teams

Lack of overall strategy at all levels, no leadership, and no goals. We need leadership that can get the company to move in a coherent understandable strategy. We don't have it, and therefore, Arm will go away in a few years.
