Array has been a great company to work for. I've often heard it described as a "unicorn" and I'd agree with that characterization. Management and executive leadership really value us as employees and want to see us succeed. Overall, would highly recommend to job seekers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the compensation package is very comprehensive. We have amazing benefits (health, dental, etc.) as well as incredibly gracious unlimited sick leave/PTO offerings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company really encourages growth within its employees. I've found that, at least in my position, the opportunity to grow is only limited by how much you want to achieve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have found leadership to be very open to having a dialogue with all employees regardless of hierarchy. I think it's rare to come across that attitude especially in a startup so I really value it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team really supports one another - when one person has too much on their plate, someone is always available to help out. Being able to rely on your team to assist when you're overwhelmed makes the work much more manageable even on the worst days.
