Overall it has been good working with Array. At any typical startup, there are growing pains in various ways. I think with how young the company is, there is an emphasis on growing strategically and sustainably which I greatly appreciate from the leadership team

Being able to interact and work with many different parts to the company and establish various growing working relationships throughout the company as a whole

Being open along with an open door policy and being able to communicate with everyone on an equal level vs feeling there's a hierarchy in order to communicate
