Array hires excellent people. The team I am on is the best I have ever been on, both from an individual people perspective, as well as from a team collaboration perspective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Array is one of the lowest ego companies I have ever worked at. Individual mistakes are not punished, but owned by everybody, and viewed as a way to learn and improve process company wide.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Array is awesome! Array has shown over and over that they care about retaining good people. This desire manifests in Array providing great benefits, and fostering a friendly, low ego, remote first culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Array pay's fairly, offers great vacation, paternity/maternity leave, excellent choices of health plan, and 401k match from day one, stipends to cover internet, and money to setup your desk when you join. I couldn't ask for more!
