Less silos and blockers across the company. Resent starts to build when bottlenecks arise
More transparency and trust. Lots of glossing over the litigation that is ongoing but there's only a handful of accusations being made which I think could be addressed head on.

Better compensation, more autonomy, kinder leadership
I just want to see more transparency and trust from the very top. It can be difficult to help move the company forward when it feels like one political battle after another.
