For a very large company, Arrow if pretty dynamic. It has a fast pace and changes rapidly. Larger companies have the perception of offering more stability, but sometimes we are more highly impacted by economic and political challenges (e.g. tariffs)

Team. Commute is good for me. Work is interesting and always changing.
