That there is respect amongst the staff at all levels of the business and that each staff memebers cross teaming is key
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on Industry standards in the region I am employed in we are under paid by 15 to 20% of the industry standard
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to provide a service and solution to our customers that our competitors can never achieve, in addition to working with great people
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and very to the point. There is no lack of information, and they are very informative. They do not micromanage and are very respectable executives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have synched group of staff and meet the business requirements. They are willing to step out of the box when they have the time, which is hard due to our administrative details in our Oracle ERP ordering systems complexity.
