A lot of marketing gimmicks related to how "we" treat people. It is not unusual for the Executive Leadership team to scream, use "f" word at people , and belittle employees in front of others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop the screaming and swearing at people
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is very challenging and luckily that motivates me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The number of people I interviewed with feom various departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My area is paid about 20% less than market and women are paid significantly less than men in management positions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People keep pitching in and giving more. I saw another review that referenced 10 hour work days but that is far from truenin IT
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Realign the extensive values statements to what top leadership is going to actually demand from the top three layers then make sure it trickles down.
