IT DOESN'T MATTER. MORALE IS LOW, SHUT UP AND GET TO WORK
Better pay, benefits changed , award employees fairly not by if you make me this much money this year I'll Give you back a crumb. Also fix the payroll because that's a joke in its self.
They only speak about failures and gloss over any accomplishments.
Bad management people just numbers
I worked extremely hard for this company. When employees never showed back up due to the pandemic, I stayed and risked my life everyday and the company laid me off a when some employees returned. Then they interviews me three times to comeback to work but never got a call back and its been months.
asbury automotive is not worth a dam. i would feel better if asbury executives would go to their largest dealership, go into the showroom, start all vehicles in the showroom and let them idle while they take a nap

The ability to change the schedule when we are shorthanded would go a long way.
sell the dealership back to the previous ownership
They hire anyone with a pulse no background and wonder why we fail . Also no training is properly given enless its regarded hR policy your golden there with training for days
discontinue the practice and run into traffic
