Ever since laurie passed at NASM its been bad
Listening to teams before making big decisions and oromoting from within.
Communication and competency, drop the off/near shore incompetent contractors and focus on current employees. Hold poor performers accountable, deal with apps that should be shelved or redone, communicate. There is a total void of leadership.
They need to work on communication about things outside of our department.
Benefits are too expensive for the lack of coverage provided. Salaries don't make uo for the high benefit cost.
At this point in time pay for most roles can be as much as half what people are paid for similar roles at other companies.

Learn to read, stay engaged, don't be so beholden to a single way or technology.

Managers need to take a vested interest in their employees and get to know them.

Tired of dealing with the lies and incompetence of contractors and honestly, many of the FTEs. Middle management is way too heavy, and too many are not technical at all (for an IT company).
I'm unhappy with my current manager and the way I'm micro-managed. As an adult in a professional position it's extremely difficult to work while being micro-managed.
Company culture and recognition of work done by people outside of the sales team
Communication could be improved between upper-level management in Kansas and satellite companies. It seems that business units compete with one another and it is unclear how decisions are made which unit should pursue a new opportunity. Overlap exists and units don't seem to collaborate.
