Bonuses and health care plus extra perks such as free classes

I receive a generous bonus each year, based on profit and performance

The pay is ok, benefits are pretty lacking, but the annual bonus is usually pretty good. Doesn't make up for all the things we have to deal with regarding the corporate culture of incompetence though, especially when dealing with off/near shore contractors.

Flexible PTO and spirit of just get the job done.

Working together in our teams is usually a positive experience. The company executives themselves while do a decent job remain detached from the mental stability and encouragement of their employees. It's all about the dollar for them and so taking a bonus away is just a numbers game to them.

Who actually likes interviews? I got the job, so I guess it was ok, they didn't really prepare me for the level of worthlessness in many departments though.
