My interview process only involved three people. The interviews asked probing questions about technology and all of the meetings were on time.
I first interviewed when we were still Collabera. At that time, interview process was seamless because there were sales managers in the office. First round at college career fair, second round lunch in person, and third round with regional director. Now the interview process is unorganized.
