Providing thorough leadership throughout the company. Each geo office should have a lead, SM, RD/MD.

Culture is amazing and ascendion is very safe for outsiders
We are inclusive and have culture committees set up to improve the environment, increase the mental well-being of our internal teams and treat everyone as how they wanted to be treated.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Allow more wfh flexibility, more honesty provided on market trends and the trajectory of the company, provide severance packages.

Get to meet a diverse set of people - peers, team members, leaders
My interview process only involved three people. The interviews asked probing questions about technology and all of the meetings were on time.
