Communication we have a lot of turnaround DA's and it's all because the office manager don't know how to talk right.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher pay for as much work as a dental assistant does. Better insurance covers as far as health less the deductible.

We help each other,Teamwork. We can laugh and still get the job done in time to have patience. friendly to our patient outside our office manager
