They promise you money that they never give you they promise you bonuses that you never get they make up lies about you it's the weirdest thing I've ever seen and there's so much drama and so many toothpaste people and these managers of these branches are 25 to 27 years old and it's just a terrible

They need managers that have management experience that are over 30 years old
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The dentist are usually pretty nice most the customers are fairly nice until you tell them we don't take their insurance and then they get angry at you
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone so unhappy because they're constantly being harassed for something they probably didn't even do. I see people get treated badly for something that honestly didn't ever happen. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They lie about the money they're gonna pay you they lie about things you did, and said, I believe they honestly make stuff up. It is the craziest thing I've ever seen in my entire life. The turnover is unbelievable. It's like a swinging door of people going in and out.
