Asurion Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

time off and retirement savings

Review from HR Dept

Bonuses, stock options, and 401K match.

Review from Sales Dept

We are currently using competitive wages based on areas that we live and work in.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Flexibility. Between my health and family, the flexibility that's been extended is hard to quantify, but is as important as my pay.

Review from Engineering Dept

Annual bonus, when we get them.

Review from Marketing Dept

Bonus eligibility and very affordable medical benefits.

Review from HR Dept

Bonus pay and scales and the PTO Policy

Review from Operations Dept

The Bonus incentive is helpful.

Review from HR Dept

It was the Management Incentive bonus it rewarded me for all of the hard work I accomplished. However, due to other LOB's non-performance I was not rewarded fairly for my work . It is not fair because other leaders being able to be rewarded in bonuses due to being in an Incentive Compensation Progr

Review from HR Dept

Unlimited PTO - so many options for medical insurance at different price points - Annual bonus

Review from Legal Dept

We have competitive bonus payouts.

Review from Engineering Dept

Numerous options and very flexible to met my needs.

Review from Marketing Dept

I was never included in the bonus structure at my level in other companies

Review from Finance Dept

In addition to the insurance, all of the extra things like mental health counseling etc.

Review from Customer Support Dept

total comp and benefits work

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like it's super solid. I wouldn't complain about a higher paycheck but I am super appreciative of the amount I'm paid now.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The best is my Dental and Vision

Review from Operations Dept

I believe it is fair.

Review from IT Dept

I love that I can choose my health insurance provider and the tier of plan I want.

Review from Finance Dept

Base salary and stock options

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better about my compensation if I was compensated fairly for the role I am in the area of the country I work in.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay was not sufficient to begin with for what I do, and with Inflation factored in the pay doesn't go as far as it used to. I have constantly tried to apply myself and been a very hard worker. I am constantly looking to grow but my Team and growth have become stale as of recent.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Overall bonus is nice but would be nice if had a multiplier tied to the performance of the company. Also the health benefits are not great. Cigna is horrible to work with and overall the insurance and 401k plans are expensive with not great options.

Review from Engineering Dept

As an internally promoted employee, i am paid less then an externally hired employee for the same role.

Review from Admin Dept

Asurion does not preach the "ONE TEAM" core value. You are only treated better if you work in an office setting.

Review from Operations Dept

Elimination of traditional promotion metrics and reliance on standing out and being noticed disproportionately affects women in tech who are less likely to brag and more agreeable, resulting in their lagging behind male counterparts. Vague feedback further harms women in tech, with unclear objetives

Review from IT Dept

Better be sorry since I'm compensated the lowest out of all managers in my space and I'm a high performer

Review from Operations Dept

Two companies have reached out to me and offered me jobs that pay $40-$60k more than I'm making here. I didn't accept because I don't want to travel. Looking around, Asurion is definitely on the low end of compensation for my position

Review from IT Dept

Give us a flat rate commission structure. There shouldn't be a need to do some arbitrary equation to figure out what your making.

Review from Sales Dept

i think asurion pays below market rate the average senior fin analyst pays 102k according to glass door and fishbowl

Review from Finance Dept

Undervalued is a understatement. I personally believe there is no going forward. Being at the position I'm at there is no moving anymore beside DM. And even at that if the senior managers don't like you they will promoted someone else that they like. It's about being buddy buddy and not performence

Review from IT Dept

I am at the top of my pay scale and there is no advancment oppertunity becuse of lack of growth. I can go outside of my department but I would have to move to Nashville. Good thing I have a great boss!

Review from Customer Support Dept

If I got paid more

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that we are not promoted based on performance, but based on an arbitrary timeline assigned to given roles. Also, if people are more tenured, they are making significantly less than new hires.

Review from Product Dept

I don't feel the company should go broke trying to increase everyone pay dramatically be honest truth it is getting harder and harder to survive with everything going up in price but our salary staying the same and when the revenue for the company goes up it doesn't make it way down the ladder.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Level setting company experience/tenure with new hires incoming salaries.

Review from Product Dept

I think there needs to be a level-set for employees who have been in a role or band for a while compared to what new hires are getting at the same level.

Review from Marketing Dept

No real cost of living/wage increase with over 10 years with the company. As an employee outside of Nashville, I constantly feel like I do not matter. Lack of recognition for basic things as well as no sense of company pride as if you are not in Nashville- you don't matter.

Review from Operations Dept

beter base salary . .

Review from Finance Dept

Equality - having the same role and the pay difference be thousands of dollars is debilitating. Knowing the quality & amount of time dedicated to a role and seeing others benefit the same or better is disappointing.
