    I would feel better about my compensation if I was compensated fairly for the role I am in the area of the country I work in.

    Pay was not sufficient to begin with for what I do, and with Inflation factored in the pay doesn't go as far as it used to. I have constantly tried to apply myself and been a very hard worker. I am constantly looking to grow but my Team and growth have become stale as of recent.

Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Asurion

We come together as a team to help community partners through a variety of projects, including classroom tutoring, community landscaping and supply drives.

The Compassion Fund is our in-house 501(c)(3) organization?resourced by Asurion employees. It offers?grants to Asurion team members?who have a financial need due to a catastrophic or life-altering event. One hundred percent of employee donations to the Compassion Fund go toward?assisting fellow employees .We provide?financial assistance to organizations that make the biggest difference in our communities. Corporate donations are fully funded by the Asurion operating budget.
