Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would feel better about my compensation if I was compensated fairly for the role I am in the area of the country I work in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay was not sufficient to begin with for what I do, and with Inflation factored in the pay doesn't go as far as it used to.
