it has been a good experience in terms of developing my english skills but sometimes but sometimes i feel i would like to learn on software skills.

coexistence and motivation activities created by people on HR. Also i like movies and they play a lot

I feel i can lead people, i feel i would give an average company a solid growth in terms of identifying better strategies to improve the organization structure and tasks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
i think my job could in the majority of the time be done in my home, also with an investment on developing information platforms for FAQ we would avoid so much calls
