Be more organized and actually follow their promises which they do not
Listen to the workers. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with IT just to be asked why I was sitting in 'Training', after she told me to call IT. I had four managers, all of them were the same. My manager had her favorites, and it was known.

Co-workers were great, always helpful, way more helpful than the managers. Always helped me with questions the callers had issues with, when the manager wouldn't reply.

When someone says they are pregnant and they get told it is "no problem", make sure you mean that. I got let go because of it!
