No amount of money would be able to make up for all of the ugliness that I have experienced here
Better benefits and better pay open up by its stock of the company
To at least have Reason to stay after 15 years there's no incentive for anybody to stay
The company does not care about employees or family values.
The negativity of the company and little value placed on employees is disheartening

Everyone is just a number, it was make clear that everyone is replaceable

It's a little low for what you are expected to do, which contributes to why company morale is quite low
they do not value there employees . they hire new employees so they can fire the older employees
