Everyone is just a number, it was make clear that everyone is replaceable

1st, stop taking drugs while on duty and actually be around to help with production needs

There is a general nobody cares culture present, ithink changes need to start with management and work it's way down
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stressing the importance of quality over quantity, yes the production goals are achieved but when a percentage of it is scrap isn't constructive
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are doing drugs during work hours and are either absent from the production floor or are not thinking clearly and make the wrong simple decisions under the influence, mandatory drug testing is a must but it will never happen because most of the workforce does it
