What are some of the best things about your team?The employees doing the real work are fine, but the management is an absolute disaster of incompetency.

What did you like most about the interview process?It was team-specific; very easy interviews for my team. Either you like us or you don't, no one has time for a long courtship.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Fair pay, becoming more employee-centric, raises and promotions (which are nearly nonexistent).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The customer pays for 1 FTE but the job requires at least 3. For not enough money, I am expected to do the work of 3. 70-hour work weeks were not unusual.
