Atria Senior Living Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am not writing about benefit package

salary and bonus plans for leaders

Atria tends to pay well from a salary perspective.

The commission structure was simple

Everything especially in setting up investment and other great financial services

Review from Customer Success Dept

Best part is the pto

IRA.SICK PAY VACATION AND BONUS.

I have an equity stake.

Selection of health insurance benefits

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits are marginal but they work

All the POA time we get

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pay and stock options are the best pare of my compensation package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel we deserve to be compensated better for all that we do. Not only do we provide care and medication handling, but laundry services pet care and tray services. This is all because each department is short staffed.

No one higher up cares about staff

How about treating everyone equally and fairly then the pay would not matter as much

Better incentive and equity based comp

I am easily disposable according to the company

We work super hard and get pay little to nothing. New hired makes more then someone who have been with the company for a long time.

Getting paid for all of my overtime

I do not feel undervalued I just feel we should make more money. The minimum wage and cost of living are going up, yet our wages stay the same.

They expect 1 person to do the job of several people and not even with full time hours. They do not give any overtime and nickel and dime everything

more comparable compensation, higher executives make too much

Some inexperienced unproven employees just joined got higher pay . I am proven turn the community back to better standard a d still underpaid.overworked.almost work 24.7

I do feel unvalued and belittled by my boss

Any recognition would he appreciated

Target pays better for easier work.

Everything about this company is garbage.

A wage that matches the atmosphere we offer our residents

Overworked and underpaid...server, busser, cleaner, housekeeper, laundry, customer service and all with the elderly who need assistance...and we get minimum wage..you guys are making atleast half a million dollars a month on this one facility and you can't pay us our worth?

A pay raise would be nice

If they talked to me more and paid me more for what i do daily

We are all undervalued and underpaid and treated poorly, and treated without respect. The money isnt the biggest issue, it is the quality of management.
