Each place needs to be run as the location sees fit. It is not a one size fits all organization

There is a general atmosphere of fear and no one feels valued or appreciated for their hard work.

Don't be fooled by the brochure. Employees are expected to perform un reasonable tasks as staffing is at a minimum. Managers are off working 15 hours a day to cover shifts in order to meet insane staffing goals

You won't do anything to fix it, so this is pointless.
What our job is - to care for elderly people with pride and compassion. It gives me pride to be a part of that.
I'd like to see more employees to help our clients especially to care for their physical needs.
