Each place needs to be run as the location sees fit. It is not a one size fits all organization

listen to the staff about our current gm and the residents about the current gm

Start by treating your employe with respect because without us no take of the residents

Make all the residents happy, not just the few that complain.

There is a general atmosphere of fear and no one feels valued or appreciated for their hard work.

Regional management need to act. This community need help. Poor decision from region mgmt.

No management. No supervisor for my department. Directors forget to mention basic important things to the team and I’m totally left out of anything going on here in the community. It’s sad how this

Don't be fooled by the brochure. Employees are expected to perform un reasonable tasks as staffing is at a minimum. Managers are off working 15 hours a day to cover shifts in order to meet insane staffing goals

The residents have to be treated as if their our neighbors not a burden.

You won't do anything to fix it, so this is pointless.

What do you like best about your company?

What our job is - to care for elderly people with pride and compassion. It gives me pride to be a part of that.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

I'd like to see more employees to help our clients especially to care for their physical needs.
