People are what make Atrium great. I am hopeful that leadership can step up the game when it comes to becoming an employer fo choice: salary transparency (before it's the law) and better benefits including continuing education reimbursement.

Open communication, willingness to help one another, not just co-workers but also friends.

They seem approachable and most have significant longevity at the company which is nice in some ways

When I know I have made a difference either with placing a candidate or with helping one of my co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Though there is no salary transparency from a company standpoint, I know that I make less than several on my team in same role and similar yrs of exp. Transparency of salary bands and how salaries are determined for each role/level would make me feel better about my compensation.
