I was given opportunities to advance my career within the company and supported in all of my major projects. The most difficult time was during Covid when my team was stripped down to bare minimum and I was doing the job of 5 people. That since has changed.

My team & peers and the general supportive nature.

I LOVE the addition of the Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging programs & initiatives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued but would prefer better compensation over some of the other benefits/perks offered by the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they sincerely care about the employees and culture and are willing to make changes and do the work to improve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part of Atrium is the people I work with. They are so supportive, kind, and willing to help at all times.
