Most of the leadership team are in the day to day action and know what our positions involve. Love working for a company who's leadership team worked their way from the starting positions at Atrium to leadership level!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is below the state average for my role. As a woman owned company this upsets me that we are not at or above the average salary range for our positions considering the wage gap women already face in the workforce. But I still stay and compromise on this for the amazing culture/benefits.
