Atrium is all about creating opportunity for individuals that prove themselves and commit to the organization, something I've always found extremely attractive as an organization. I think where we fall short is not enough executive resources at times as we sometimes try doing more with less.
What makes you most happy at work?
Closing deals and a team working cohesively together to drive results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people! I think everyone looks forward to team outings, things to celebrate wins/successes the most!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are incredible people that are always willing to extend a helping hand make you feel like an individual rather than just a number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think Atrium attracts some of the best talent and people that are truly good people even outside of work. I think leads to our overall higher than average tenure as an organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it's very apparent that we pay outside talent coming in higher wages and I think it's critical that we give our internal home grown staff that same opportunity to earn. Whenever comp conversations arise they typically take many months to finalize which is frustrating and demotivating.
